My career in operations shaped a solid foundation in leadership earning certifications in OSHA standards and AIB Cleaning Standards, and mastering what it means to deliver results through discipline and consistency.

To me, cleaning is so much more than a task on a checklist it is a heartfelt commitment we make to every single client. I believe that when someone trusts us with their home or business, they are trusting us with something deeply personal, which I take seriously.

Director of Academic Center for Entrepreneurship

I am also a professor at Bristol Community College, where I have the privilege of leading the Academic Center for Entrepreneurship. In this role, I mentor aspiring entrepreneurs as they shape their ideas, develop thoughtful business plans, and build the confidence to launch their vision into something meaningful and sustainable.

As the founder and CEO of New B Cleaning, I bring firsthand business experience to my teaching and remain deeply committed to empowering women with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to build businesses of their own.
